1. Cancellation by User
- Free cancellation within [X minutes/hours] of booking
- Cancellation after that may incur charges
2. Cancellation Charges
- Before technician assignment → No charge
- After technician assigned → Partial charge
- After technician reaches location → Full charge
3. Cancellation by Service Provider
- If a provider cancels, user can reschedule or get a full refund
4. No-Show Policy
- If user is unavailable at location, it will be treated as a cancellation
- Charges may apply
5. Rescheduling
Users can reschedule bookings based on availability without extra charges (within allowed time)
